On Monday’s show, Becky and I are going to talk about the general sense of entitlement and self importance that many folks exhibit through their social interactions: driving impatiently, being rude to workers in the service/retail industry, cutting in lines, deciding which rules to follow based on which rules suit them best, and other similar behaviors and beliefs.
Have you seen people act this way? Does it make you mad? Does it seem unfair, uncivil and lacking in manners?

I always try to be very polite to people who work in the retail/service industry. My view is that I have family members who do those sorts of jobs, and I know how hard it makes their days at work when folks are thoughtless and rude. It takes no extra time or effort to be polite. Being rude simply shows a persons lack of manners and class.
