Hi guys,
I enjoyed your show today. I wanted to mention that sometimes I could not hear what Becky was saying. In the beginning her voice was very faint. Towards the end her voice was clear and better.

You were talking about how we are weaker now than our parents and grandparents. I can shed some light on that subject. Our grandparents never heard about reprocess foods, bleached flour, hydrolyzed oils, McDonalds, Burger King and so on. Their life style was working on the farm, working the cattle and they worked from morning until dark. We have everything done for us all we have to do is go to the grocery store and buy what we want. Then we sit in front of the TV or the Computer for about an average of 4 to 5 hours a day. If we have an office job we can sit 8 hrs at work and then another 4 to 5 on the TV or computer. We are weaker and sickly because of the way we eat fast food and quick meals with no substance. Our grandparents ate whole grains, fresh vegetables and real food which allowed our body to process the extra fat and eliminate it from our bodies.

The hydrolyzed oils is what is killing us. It is put in everything we eat so the food can be on the shelf for years. The food doesn’t spoil on the shelf for years but our bodies can not process it and it just collects in our arties and is what is slowly killing us.

Mom and I enjoyed your show.

A blind architect running into another blind architect was no surprise however.

Good job!
